Why we are selling our house?

After ten months of unemployment ( AT&T didn't turn out to be the dream job) Kinamo got picked up by the Reserve squadron as a full time reservist. So we are heading back to Del Rio. I think the third time is the Charm right? We hope to be there by the time school starts in August. We are so amazed to see the hand of the Lord in our lives. Life doesn't always turn out the way we think it will, but it always works out for the best.

Am I CRAZY?

On July 3 I took the 5 kids and headed out on a road trip. We drove 14 hours to my parents house. We spent 10 days playing, relaxing, cleaning up throw-up (yuck 5 kids and one stomach bug = not so much relaxing for mom) Then we drove 10 hours to Utah to visit Heatherann and kids. That was a lot of fun swimming, Temple square, cookie factory 3hour tour!!! We also got to see the Stromberg's. We are so thankful for dear friends we have made. Then we made the 24 hour drive home. Oh how thankful I am for DVD players. We got home Sunday at 11:15 pm. Then on Tuesday I had surgery to remove varicose veins ( it is great to get old). The last 3 weeks have been a wonderful journey that seems like a blur, or is that just the pain meds talking?

SWIM,SWIM,SWIM

After a month of hour long swim practice the kids had their swim meet and party. This was Karley and Ashley's first year of swim team. They had a wonderful time. Karley was the biggest surprise. She took to swimming like a fish. She finished first in all three races and was so happy. What a blessing to have 4 good swimmers. It makes going to the pool fun for all.
